Upcoming Events

In Bloom & In Twilight

Sunday, September 14, 2025 | 3:00 PM
St. John's in the Village | New York, NY

Join soprano Veronica Mak and pianist Shaobai Yuan for In Bloom and In Twilight, a lyrical journey through the seasons of the heart. This thoughtfully curated program features art songs by Clara Schumann, Franz Schubert, Reynaldo Hahn, Alfred Bachelet, and Benjamin Britten—composers whose works explore the delicate interplay between light and shadow, youth and reflection, bloom and dusk.

With themes of love, nature, longing, and transformation, this performance invites listeners to savor moments both tender and transcendent.

Let the music guide you through the bloom of day into the quiet of twilight.
